| My goal is to create work which offers many possibilities to the viewer. This coincides with the endless permutations available in the collage process, just as the randomness of life corresponds to specific patterns found in nature. A seemingly abstract of fractal observation can become a new visual pattern via collage or tessellation technique. My intent is to astound, not confuse. The viewer discovers the whole, the parts and ultimately discovers the origination. Each tessellation starts with one photograph.
