| I have rediscovered oil paint and have been pursuing a series of tributes to my own personal “superheroes”. I love the organic nature of oil paint and the way it handles. The paintings are very personal on one hand but my hope is that they touch on emotional sensations common to the viewers as well. I am painting with my heart out there and I hope it shows. My life, like most has been much struggle at times and much joy at others…these superheroes have touched me along the way…
